The values are distinct to each part (not just device, the specific
chip).  I believe that thread describes how to compute them, though it
does require a 32kHz crystal or an external clock to do so.  As a
general rule, I've found the cheaper value-line devices to be
consistently off when configured for the calibrated frequency (the
clock is usually 980 kHz instead of 1MHz).

Recalculating the ADC constants is significantly more complex, and my
attempts to get details on the procedure from TI's E2E forums were not
successful.
