Have you removed the previous ADK 8.0 (or WAIK) form your test environment? Having both present can throw this type of error?

Yeah I followed Johans post. ADK 8.1, MDT 2013, configure config mgr integration. Removed and readded to be safe. Only thing I noticed was the CPU was pegged for most of the build at 100%.
