We want to backup SQL data files to a tape so at the end of the day I ran
SQL enterprise manager and backup the files to a directory and then to the
tape but sometimes I see a message on screen file in use will not be able to
backup unless it is close. Is there a way I can backup an opened file?

I was told to use Seagate Backup which is far better than windows NT backup?
