You are pretty much Fsk'd when you have 2 drives in a RAID5 array go bad. Replace all the drives, restore from backup.

It started to transfer the data and then the one that goes bad went bad. Now the new drive I put in says bad right away. I am using Adaptec ci/0 management software.
