Where can I find complete ROM configurations ?
'complete ROM configuration' means:
- Name of the MSX/MSX2/MSX2+/TurboR system
VG8235, NMS8245, NMS8280,
PANASONIC FS A1-GT, etc.
- A complete download of every ROM available in
that particular configuration.
- A overview of where the various ROM's should
be loaded to recreate that machine.
The ideal situation would be to have to 'little'
program that looks around inside a real MSX and
writes every ROM part to a disk. These disk images
can be put online or what ever.
There are a lot of ROM's available but most of the
time it is not possible to tell where they were
located inside a REAL MSX. Very often I just use
a trail and error algorithm to check it.
I want to be able to emulate an original configuration
without 'patching' the roms.
