] Yes, he wrote a replacement for the VDP command emulation (copy, block fill, 
] line etc). It is very accurate, both in command execution (for example, SD 
] Snatcher runs) and in timing (it calculates how long commands take on a real 
] MSX and emulates that).
Please note that as of fMSX 2.2, this command engine is part of the standard 
distribution. So, if you download fMSX 2.2 or 2.3, you do not have to take 
any special actions to retrieve it.

If you are still using fMSX 2.1, you can download it from "The MSX Plaza" and 
re-compile fMSX with it.
