Some mailclients prduce by default a multipart message, plaintext and HTML. One of them is OE 6, a very used mailclient. The changed settings make that these messages are converted to plain text only, automagically. So it will be possible to *send* HTML, the message you *receive* wil be still in plain text. Correct me if I'm wrong.
