I suspect DPC stands for "Daewoo Personal Computer"
I own two of those Talent MSXs, A DPC-200 and a TPC-310 (with turbo basic and some software embeded in ROM). The first one says (in spanish) "made in argentina by telematica S.A. under license from Daewoo Corp" (or something like that, i don't exactly remember it)

I recently obtained a new MSX computer from Argentinia: the Talent DPC-200. Funny thing is that it was build in Argentinia but is almost identical to the Korean Deawoo DPC-200. The only difference is the keyboard, the Talent has some GRAPH or CODE combinations printed on the keys too for much used Argentine characters.
