commit message so that applying it to "the public repository" (we

I've setup a "tracking" repo, which is updated every hour with
branches from git.git, mingw.git, 4msysgit.git, j6t.git, and pclouds.git.
Quite useful when writing patches for git on Windows, and you want to
test them against different branches. (Of course you can easily do all
this manually, but it's all about convenience. And avoiding br0ken
repos for my part, since we've had that a couple of times ;-)
