Incase, if you later want to remove web services, you will be facing problems 2. Business logic, even when to be called from internal modules, will have to be (should be )done from web services. This might hinder performance 3. Web Services - definition per se - is some method that is exposed over the web and in turn it will delegate the job 4. Why would some one want to expose methods directly.
