( companiesfor which these prorammers work, are also not changing their projects suddenly) when i wanted to change.. i did some serious studies in .Net .... and told the company that i have theoritical knowledge only at this point of time.... and it worked.. i did not face any serious probs in changign to Net... . there is no other way in my opinion...
