Ok for the T=1 but with a GemXpresso 211PK (T=0), on my two reader i 
have no the same result :
I send a cold reset to the card and I try to select the CM.

with GemPC410 I obtain :

With the GemPC410 perform the GET_RESPONSE (00C000001A) and not the GPR400.

I have the idea to look in the subdirectory common of the GemPC410 
driver to find the solution. I have no many time to spend on this 
problem. :-/
