Hello,
In the past, I had a problem with the deletion on a COSMO 64. Try the
GP2.1.1 command to delete a package with P2='80' (it deletes package and
applet instances if I remember).

Apart from that: Has anybody experienced problems with this card with
the GET RESPONSE command? It does not work for me.
