and this error occurs when "any object owned by the applet instance is
referenced from a static field on any package on the card" (there are
also other cases).
You should look the specification GP2.1.1 for more details on your
problem. In GP2.0.1' the behaviour for my case was not well specified
and it was different on various cards.
