Thanks.
 I found in the log:
 pcscd: debuglog.c:236:DebugLogSetLevel() debug level=debug
 pcscd: pcscdaemon.c:513:main() pcsc-lite 1.4.99 daemon ready.
 pcscd: hotplug_libusb.c:402:HPEstablishUSBNotifications() Driver
ifd-ccid.bundle does not support IFD_GENERATE_HOTPLUG. Using active polling
instead.
pcscd: hotplug_libusb.c:411:HPEstablishUSBNotifications() Polling forced every
1 second(s)
 pcscd: winscard.c:304:SCardConnect() Reader Not Found

Yes, it really cannot find the reader. The following message verifies that:

 mx31# ./testpcsc
 MUSCLE PC/SC Lite Test Program

 Testing SCardEstablishContext    : Command successful.
 Testing SCardListReaders         : Command successful.
 Current Reader Name              :
 Current Reader NameLen           : 1
 Testing SCardConnect : Unknown reader specified.
 connect hCard = 0       hContext = 17032432

The Reader Name is NULL. I want to know what reasons can lead to this error.
Thanks.
