yes; but quickly or not is meaningless, the card doesn't care about how
fast commands are linked, it does NOT have an internal clock.
Is it a general behaviour or is it only implemented on some cards?
general behavior for not fake, not buggy, ..., "normal" card and
obviously certified ones.
