I'm confused - are you just trying to build the sample or are you building a new project based on the sample? If you just want to build the sample as-is, just run 'ant' on the wsn-consumer build.xml file. If you're creating a new project based on the original wsn-consumer artifacts, attach your WSDL to a new JIRA item and I will test it with the tooling if I can't find the problem by looking at it.
