What do we do with mods like http://musicbrainz.org/showmod.html?modid=4909762 (other links in notes there). It's a bootleg with an (apparently) notoriously confused tracklisting.
My instinct would be to fix the tracklisting and add an annotation; however, this may make the album a bit harder to find and a bit confusing: the annotations are visible only on the extended album view.
