For what it's worth, here's my take on it. It's prefer to go with

Das Rheingold: Act I, Scene I. "LineFromTheLibretto"

as surely this is closest to

Symphony No. 1 in A major, Op. 1: I. Allegro

I.e. we put the main title of the work before the colon. Then the
"movement" / "section" information before a full stop. Then some other
stuff (which isn't necessarily standard across different releases of
the same work).

I don't like the idea of having two colons in a title unless we really
can't avoid it.
