I like B, personally. Makes things simpler, too. Of course, it
involves some "normalising" and it might be not liked by everyone :/

B, it's not an exact collab.

I don't think so but have no strong opinion on the matter.

THIS is the hardest part. I would see "en duo avec" as a clear "&"
myself, but with / con / avec / -ga are more debatable…
