I think overdubbing is already covered in the definition of recording - it's just adding another audio track to the set of audio tracks that make up the recording. I'm not even sure whether RockNRollArchivist means using overdubbing to create a new mix, or whether he's talking about recordings made with overdubbing vs. "direct" recordings. -- View this message in context: http://musicbrainz.1054305.n4.nabble.com/RFC-STYLE-208-New-Recordings-Guidelines-tp4651054p4651936.html Sent from the MusicBrainz - Style mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ MusicBrainz-style mailing list MusicBrainz-style@lists.musicbrainz.org http://lists.musicbrainz.org/mailman/listinfo/musicbrainz-style
