Quick summary:
- commands for scrolling up and down (without moving selection)
- command for swapping back to the most recent screen
- no auto-center while in visual mode, and manual center doesn't break
visual selection
- selections updated properly on keydef screen
I think I made reasonable choices for the keys for the scrolling commands,
ctrl- and shift- B and N. (Though I've personally got them mapped like Vim,
this would conflict with the current key setup).
