does this mean, that stickers are not sufficient for rating
functionality? AFAICS in this case issue #1398 should be reopend,
because there is no rating feature in MPD that can be used in a useful
manner, isn't it? In that case issue #1398 should remain neither marked
resolved nor closed because this isn't the case.
