Hello,

Since MPD is a music server, you can use other computers as clients and
listen to music streamed from the server, or play it directly there. When I
want to listen to everything I have randomly, I run

mpc ls | mpc add; mpc shuffle | mpc play

If you have a sufficiently large collection of songs, it will be days
before you listen to the same song again.
