mutt-1.5.21-hdrcnt.patch is a new patch, slightly different to previous
one.
There was a regression in the mutt-1.5.21-hdrcnt.patch when a new mail was
received during a mailbox was opened: message "New message in mailbox" was
displayed, but the new mail wasn't displayed in the list of mails.
The new patch fixes this issue.
