On second thought, your patch is better. It is a mistake to blindly use
h.sid as an index into the ctx array anyway, as it could cause corruption
if the server acts badly. We only set flags based on UID, so I don't think
we can actually damage data if we get out of sequence, so I'm not as
worried about that. I'm going to apply this.
