After looking at the code, it seems that under some conditions (fp = 0,
use_mailcap = 0), fseeko gets called on a null FILE pointer, which makes
it crash. And this doesn't seem to occur when receiving mail with
attachments, only for messages being composed. Thus probably no security
problem in practice.
