The docs say that there is a thing called "the editor menu" and even has
tables showing which keys are bound to which functions in that menu.

But in Section 2 ("Screens and Menus"), there's no mention at all of the
editor menu, much less a description of when it is in effect. Please fix
 this.

In fact, the only description *anywhere* in the docs that I could find of
what the editor menu is and when it has effect is this:

"The editor is used to allow the user to enter a single line of text,
such as the To or Subject prompts in the compose menu."

This is awfully skimpy. Is the editor menu in effect during *all* text-
 entry prompts?

Besides being unclear about the scope, this claim appears to be incorrect.
Some of the bindings listed for the editor menu are not in play when I
enter text in To or Subject prompts. For instance, the binding of <Space>
to <buffy-cycle> doesn't hold here. And obviously it SHOULDN'T hold. But
the fact that it doesn't hold suggests to me that when I enter text in the
To or Subject fields, I am not in the editor menu after all.

Now maybe the reason for this is that sometimes some of the functions to
which a key is mapped in the editor menu aren't available in a given
context, and when that happens, the key just gets entered into the text
prompt. But if so, this should all be clarified in the docs.
