When postponing emails (saving as draft), mutt saves the Fcc value in
X-Mutt-Fcc:, as seems to do at least one other MUA I am using.
When continueing a draft email, mutt loads the Fcc value from X-Mutt-Fcc
but doesn't understand X-Blabla-Fcc:.
Instead of filling the Fcc value with the value set by record, Fcc is left
blank, resulting in data loss on send.
I do not find this appropriate or acceptable behaviour. Unless I
specifically override the setting I am expecting a copy of outgoing emails
to be saved under record, or in a crunch, anywhere, the point being that
it is saved somewhere.
Sure the Fcc field is presented before hitting send, but I haver in 15
years paid much attention to that because, as long as I set record, I
expect it to be filled with something unless I clear it myself explicitly.
The problem seems to be that mutt is treating an absent X-Mutt-Fcc: as an
empty one. While it would be nice to have good multi-way inter-operation
between MUAs (X-KMail-Fcc in this case) - dreaming is still free - I think
mutt really needs to insert the specified default here.
