Setting {{{COLUMNS}}} may also be useful for PGP commands such as
{{{pgp_invoke_verify}}} (maybe all {{{pgp_invoke}}}) since the output is
displayed in the pager, and {{{mutt_create_filter_fd}}} is called here
too.
