This is particularly annoying as if the message can't be saved,
it can't be sent. The primary function of sending a message is
to send the message, not to save it to some Sent folder.

Actually the mail should not be lost: as long as it hasn't been saved
to the Sent folder, it should be kept in the temporary file on disk.

Moreover, a new menu screen isn't needed, just a prompt.
