And I forgot critical info again. Those were based on the newest
Debian/Unstable package. Sorry, I'll rework against tip.

I'm torn between wanting to only see folders in the sidebar list that
have genuinely new (N) email in them, and folders that also have old (O).
It would be super awesome if the ->new (or similar) actually had a count
of new (N) email. This would work together most excellently with my
planned rewrite to take into account the sidebar format the user is using.

I'll update the patches and get back to you. It'll be a least a couple
days though.
