#3910: bold attribute stripped on indicator line

I have a config containing:

color index brightcolor16 default '~U'
}}}
which bolds new messages in the index. This broke with
https://dev.mutt.org/hg/mutt/rev/10cc06eff52b and now the bold attribute
is stripped out when the current indicator is on a line showing bold.
