Well, I had a little extra time, so I put together this patch. I've put
an {{{#if HAVE_SSL_PARTIAL_CHAIN}}} and {{{if (option
(OPTSSLVERIFYPARTIAL))}}} around this stuff to prevent certificate duping
for those who haven't turned the option on.
