Indeed setting GPG_TTY correctly makes the ncurses pinentry work, also
when called inside the sendmail command. Thanks for the help!
Mutt does not refresh the screen after the sendmail call though, so I
still need to bind a macro to 'compose y', to clean up after pinentry.
