Thanks for the feedback. Enabling $pgp_use_gpg_agent sets the GPG_TTY
environment variable before invoking GPG commands (for classic PGP mode,
not for GPGME). But it does not do this when invoking $sendmail.
I don't see the harm in setting GPG_TTY all the time, so I think I'll move
that inside mutt initialization. I'll also add a hard redraw after
invoking $sendmail to refresh the screen.
