It's looking good so far, no crashes yet and I've been using
Outlook/calendar a fair bit. Looks like you've identified the issue.
What you say about the header matching makes sense. I will endeavour to
lose the ~h in due course. Looking more closely I think it must have been
the case that Mutt used to match 'In-Reply-To' but that someone who
replied to be often their client sent 'In-reply-to' which *didn't* match.
This might have been a single sender 15 years ago, so it can easily be
dropped from my config. Will keep it in place as you suggest for now,
though, until we're happy this is a fix. Certainly looks good so far :-)
