I'm attaching two patches. Part one is an index redrawing bug tickled by
using ~h in 'color index' commands. Part two is a proposed patch for the
hanging bug.
I need to test part two quite a bit more, but if you are feeling brave I
would appreciate your feedback.
On a side note, using "~h" for index colors over IMAP is a fairly bad idea
in mutt. I notice you are matching against ~x with the same value, so I'm
not sure what the added ~h accomplishes. You may also want to consider
trying out https://www.8t8.us/blog/2016/07/03/caching-additional-headers-
in-mutt.html as a way to load an additional header into memory and use ~H
to match against.
