BackSpace (bound to previous-line) is not triggered when pressing
Backspace in tmux. Tmux (TERM=screen-256color) seems to produce \c? which,
when bound, gives the desired behaviour. Perhaps mutt could rely on
ncurses/readline at this point to facilitate figuring out the correct
sequence of "BackSpace"?
