I think the patch is correct, but I'd like to hear other's opinions.

$reply_self is not completely ignored: initially "myself" is added to
the To list.  But subsequently, because $metoo is unset, it is stripped
off.  Setting $metoo disables the subsequent removal, producing the op's
desired behavior.

(r)eply "works" with 'set reply_self; unset metoo' because the resulting
To list only has one address and Cc is empty, and 'nometoo' turns itself
off in this case.

So the question is if (g)roup reply with 'set reply_self; unset metoo'
should disable the $nometoo behavior.  I think so, but please chime in!
