Actually these are not statuses, but resolution types:

Closed bugs typically have "RESOLVED" and "VERIFIED" statuses
(there are other statuses for open bugs). Some Bugzilla instances
have more statuses for closed bugs, e.g. "RESOLVED", "VERIFIED"
and "CLOSED":

In short, the meaning of "resolved", "closed" and so on really
depends on the bug tracker (not just the software like Bugzilla,
but particular instances).
