Hm, what about the following?

folder-hook . 'set index_format="%4C %Z %[%a·%d·%b] %-16.16F [%-12.12L] (%4l) %s%> %M"'
folder-hook -ct$ 'set index_format="%4C %S %[%d.%m. %H:%Mh] (%3l) %s%> %M"'

I'm using this style here and I don't have any problems with it.
