You have to set a default for mutt to change back after you've visited a
folder with a special folder hook.
An example from my muttrc:
folder-hook . 'save-hook . =saved-mail'
folder-hook =FIXNEED$ 'save-hook . =fixed'
This makes 's' save mails into the folder saved-mail in all folders except
the FIXNEED folder.
