Not exactly.  To use urlview from Mutt, you set up a macro that
sends the current message to urlview, which scans it for URLs and
presents these in a list.  In fact I don't think the mailcap comes
into play anywhere in this.

The default/example Muttrc has the urlview macro already bound to
^B, I think, so you may not need to change your Mutt configuration
at all.

When you press ^B (or whatever key you've selected for your macro),
Mutt will start urlview which reads the message and displays all the
URLs it found in a list, from which you can pick one (you choose it
with the arrow keys).  So Mutt is in fact suspended while urlview is
running.
