Masquerading does create problems with the Mail-Followup-To header,
since sendmail doesn't know it should be mangling addresses in that
header field too...  That's why I don't like it and recommend that
Mutt is configured to create correct From headers (etc.) in the first
place.

But for dialups, sendmail is (arguably) the worst solution anyway, even
if it can be made to work...  IMHO of course.
