MIME Parts Not Forwarded?

I'm running mutt-1.3.7 on Solaris.

When I forward a message it doesn't forward any of the MIME parts except
the first text part.

It seems to operate this way whether I forward MIME-encoded or not.

Is this just the way it works or am I missing something?
