I guess the manual could perhaps use a little clarification, since the []
don't belong and the date should be in dd/mm/yyyy format. Hey, wanna fix
it and submit the patch? :-)

Here's my most recent date-limiting muttrc, generated by my filtering
software, as an example:
source /xtra/home/davidtg/.mutt/muttrc
push "l ~N ~r 18/08/2000-\n"
Note that I push, so I need the newline, but you should be able to limit
on
~d <05/07/2000
just fine, I think.
