Whatever the capabilities of Netscape may be, it's not their problem.
It's considered bad form to send mail that's not wrapped at 75 or so
columns. Mutt doesn't have an option to do this because it assumes that
the user will want to do it in their editor, where they can control it
much better. This doesn't mean that you don't have to figure out a way
to wrap your lines.
