Speaking of injection, a dose of qmail produced a rather severe allergic
reaction in me. :)

So if some kind soul here wants to contribute a howto for qmail on a dialup,
please do mail me and I'll incorporate it (with full credits of course).
 
Afaik you add :smart.host.name to /var/qmail/controls/smtproute for setting
the smarthost, but how'd you turn off local DNS lookups for mail - as this is
redundant when passing mail to a smarthost for delivery?
