Does this actually work for you? I just tested it and it doesn't for
me, and I can find no ^Return-Path: header in your mail at least.
Either of these two do work for me:
* ^TO_.*@mutt.org
* ^Sender:.*owner\-mutt\-users\@mutt\.org
... Or are you doing some formail magic of which I'm unaware?
